Our goal is to enhance your wellbeing along with your facial aesthetics and smile, going beyond simply straightening teeth. This means carrying out a comprehensive evaluation of the craniofacial region, covering aspects such as facial harmony, the airway, the state of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), jaw dimensions and alignment, tongue position and restrictions, swallowing patterns, and oral habits, among others.
The end result is an improved profile with greater lip support and a fuller, wider smile. Dr. Durán stands out for her exceptional ability to address airway, sleep, TMJ, head, neck, and orthodontic concerns as a whole, together with her dedicated team of experts and healthcare specialists.
Vivos® DNA/mRNA Appliance Therapy is a product of Vivos® Therapeutics, Inc., a leading name in the field of respiratory health improvement. The company is dedicated to pioneering innovative solutions for people facing obstructive sleep apnea and other sleep-related breathing disorders. The Vivos® system represents a sophisticated therapeutic approach that integrates an FDA-cleared DNA/mRNA oral appliance developed by Vivos®, used under the supervision of independent specialized dentists who work alongside medical professionals to treat people with sleep apnea by targeting the root causes of the disorder rather than addressing its symptoms alone. This method offers a greater likelihood of effectively resolving the problems of many people with mild to moderate sleep apnea, removing the need for long-term reliance on CPAP machines or alternative treatments.
with an extensive educational background. I earned a master’s degree in dentistry from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and a certification in clinical research from Seneca College in Toronto, Canada.
I’m also a certified Vivos® Therapeutics provider, with advanced training in dental sleep medicine.
I’m currently pursuing a PhD in Biomedicine, where my research focuses on upper airway volume in pediatric patients.
My professional focus is on early-intervention pediatric orthodontics and craniofacial development. I firmly believe in the importance of early care to prevent complications in the upper jaw and airway, ensuring proper growth and promoting whole-body health.
Pediatric dentistry and the airway are central to child development and are directly linked to sleep and breathing.
I’ve shared my knowledge and experience in pediatric dentistry and children’s respiratory health in both Spain and Mexico. I actively promote early interventions that improve breathing and sleep in children, which are essential to overall wellbeing. My goal is to educate parents and dental health professionals about the importance of detecting respiratory and orthodontic problems in the earliest stages of life.
A Passion for Sport and a Commitment to Family.

My dedication to children’s health isn’t just a profession but a personal calling, rooted in the belief that every child deserves to begin life in the best possible health.
